At Oliver Goldsmith, we strive for excellence in every frame; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your eyewear within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging and authentication cards included.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the eyewear in its original hard case and designer box, ensuring all cleaning cloths and certificates are included to avoid a refurbishment fee.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your proof of postage; once received at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
